Our Durable Flame Retardant Cotton represents the industry standard for comfort-driven safety. By utilizing premium long-staple natural cotton, we create a fabric that is soft, absorbent, and breathable. It is then enhanced with a high-performance chemical finish (such as THPC) that penetrates the fiber core. The result is a fabric that retains the look and feel of regular cotton but will self-extinguish upon removal of an ignition source. Unlike synthetic blends, FR Cotton is non-melting and provides excellent protection against ferrous molten metal splash, making it the workhorse material for heavy engineering and welding sectors.
