This fabric offers a high blackout rate, with a test showing 99.99% light-blocking capability for the black version. Its inherent properties also provide noise reduction and thermal insulation, enhancing overall comfort. The fabric is formaldehyde-free and has undergone rigorous wash and friction tests.

This fabric has been rigorously tested and certified to ensure it meets key international standards for safety and quality. It is certified by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and Global Recycled Standard (GRS), making it a safe and eco-friendly choice.
Flame Retardancy
The fabric’s fire-resistant properties are a core feature. It is engineered to be self-extinguishing, non-toxic, and smokeless when exposed to a flame.
NFPA 701 (US Standard): The fabric successfully passed Test Method 1, with zero after-flame time and minimal mass loss (3.56% to 11.44%).
DIN 4102-B1 (German Standard): The material meets the Class B1 requirements for building materials, demonstrating low flammability.
NF P 92-507 M1 (French Standard): The fabric is classified as M1, indicating it is not easily flammable and does not produce flaming or non-flaming drops.
EN 13773 Class 1 (EU Standard): The fabric retained its Class 1 rating even after 50 wash cycles, confirming its durable and permanent flame-retardant properties. It showed no after-flame time and did not ignite under testing conditions.

I. Fabric Packaging
The fabric packaging solution is customizable to meet your specific needs. We consistently use high-quality packaging materials to ensure the protection of the fabric.
The core of our packaging is a sturdy paper tube. It has a thickness of 7mm, an outer diameter of 9cm, and an inner diameter of 7.6cm. This design provides excellent support, preventing the fabric from being crushed or deformed during transit.
For the outer layer, each roll is enclosed in a transparent PE tube bag. This bag has a minimum thickness of 12.5 silk (0.125mm) which makes it highly durable and resistant to tearing. The transparent material allows for easy inspection of the fabric without opening the package, while its properties effectively protect the contents from moisture and dust.
To secure the packaging and for brand identification, the two ends of each roll are sealed with custom-printed adhesive tape. This tape not only firmly seals the PE bag but can also be customized with your brand logo, product information, or other specified designs.
