This 120g/mยฒ Aramid Spunlace Felt is a high-performance, flame-resistant, and heat-insulating fabric made from premium aramid fibers. It offers excellent thermal stability, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Available in thicknesses from 1mm to 10mm, weights from 100g to 1000g/mยฒ, and widths from 20cm to 320cm, all customizable for OEM or bulk production.
It performs reliably under 220ยฐC continuous operation without aging or shrinking, with only 1% shrinkage at around 250ยฐC. The fabric maintains over 65% of its strength at 300ยฐC, starts decomposing at 370ยฐC, and carbonizes at 400ยฐC. With an oxygen index above 28%, it is self-extinguishing and does not support combustion.
This Aramid Felt provides low thermal conductivity, low expansion, excellent dielectric strength, and superior vibration resistance, abrasion resistance, and fatigue strength.

For the outer layer, each roll is enclosed in a transparent PE tube bag. This bag has a minimum thickness of 12.5 silk (0.125mm) which makes it highly durable and resistant to tearing. To secure the packaging and for brand identification, the two ends of each roll are sealed with custom-printed adhesive tape. This tape not only firmly seals the PE bag but can also be customized with your brand logo, product information, or other specified designs.
