What products do you make?
We mainly produce functional flame-retardant (FR) textiles for hotels, hospitals, public spaces, and protective clothing — such as curtain fabrics, cubicle curtains, and bedding fabrics.
Do you supply fabrics or finished products?
Both. We primarily manufacture fabrics, and we can also produce finished goods to your requirements, including curtains, bed linens, and cubicle curtains.
Do you only make curtain fabrics?
Curtain fabrics are one of our key categories, but not the only one. We also produce FR bedding fabrics, medical/hotel cubicle curtains, workwear/protective fabrics, blackout and decorative fabrics, velvet fabrics, and FR fabrics for exhibitions and public spaces.
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are both a manufacturer and a trading company with our own factory. We also integrate complementary products to provide flexible one-stop sourcing solutions.

Which markets do you serve?
Our main export markets include the United States, Europe, and East Asia. Our products are widely used in hotels, healthcare, military/police, public buildings, and industrial protection.

We work with more than ten clients boasting over a century of industry history across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Russia. Since 2013 we have continuously supplied premium contract FR fabrics for the Eurostar train project; in North America we partner with leading event companies and theater suppliers; in Dubai we supply FR hospital curtains; and in Russia/neighboring regions we supply FR upholstery fabrics for airline seating and metro systems.
Inherent or post-treated FR?
Our products are mainly inherently flame retardant (Inherent FR) — the flame resistance comes from the fiber itself and does not wash out, rather than a post-finishing coating.
What is the difference?
Inherent FR fabrics carry fire resistance inside the yarn, staying compliant after 50+ washes with no toxic runoff. Post-treated FR fabrics lose most protection after 3–5 washes and may release formaldehyde.
Are your fabrics eco-friendly?
Our IFR fabrics are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and free from heavy metals and other harmful substances. Some items also hold GRS recycled certification, reflecting our commitment to eco-friendly, sustainable production.
What certifications do you hold?
Our factory is SGS/ITS certified and holds OEKO-TEX® 100 & GRS certifications. Our fabrics comply with M1, BS5867, DIN4102-B1, and other global FR standards.
Can you combine FR with waterproofing?
Yes. We provide integrated FR & waterproof fabrics using fluorine-free, eco-friendly treatment free of PFOA/PFAS, complying with EU & US regulations. The inherent FR property remains intact, and functions like antibacterial and anti-UV can be added.
Do you handle the whole production process?
Yes. We manage the key production processes — raw materials, dyeing, and quality control — to ensure consistent quality and reliable FR performance.
Can you provide test reports for bulk orders?
For every bulk order we can provide the relevant test reports as required.
Do you have test reports?
Yes. We can provide third-party test reports (TDS / FR test reports) for all main products.
Which laboratory performs the testing?
We can arrange testing with third-party labs such as SGS / TÜV and provide the report. If you only need results for reference, we can also supply our in-house lab report. If you have a preferred lab, we can accommodate it. Third-party testing costs are borne by your side, with the report issued under your company name.
What if a test fails?
Our FR standards are stable and reliable. If you have concerns: during sampling, if a sample fails, we’ll consult with you to re-sample until satisfied or refund; for bulk, inspection is available.
Do you have an in-house lab?
We have a full in-house testing lab. All fabrics undergo pre-tests on FR, color fastness, and strength before third-party submission, greatly saving your time and testing expense.
Can colors be customized?
Yes. You can provide a Pantone code or a color sample, and we will match it.
Do you keep stock?
For some regular products such as dimout fabrics, we keep greige stock. Since we mainly produce inherent FR fabrics, most orders are made to your specific requirements — color, width, weight, etc.
Can width be customized?
Custom widths from 1.5m to 3.2m are available. Regular grey stock comes in 1.5m & 2.8m. Widths over 3m require separate production with a slightly longer lead time.
How is pattern copyright handled?
Original patterns you provide belong exclusively to your company and will not be used for other clients. If you need our design team to create new patterns, drafts are free.
Can you make finished products?
Besides fabrics, we can fully process finished products — curtains, cubicle curtains, bedding — customized in size, hooks, ties, and hems, ready for resale upon delivery.
Can the finish be matte or glossy?
Matte, semi-gloss, and bright finishes are adjustable via the setting process without weakening the inherent FR performance.
Can you supply matching FR sewing thread?
Yes. Matching inherent FR sewing threads in the same color can be customized and delivered together, with suitable thickness for your finished-product processing.
What is the lead time?
Bulk production: 30–35 days after deposit; sample development: ~30 days; hand sample: 15–20 days.
Why is the lead time long?
Our FR fabrics require custom yarn spinning or specially sourced raw materials instead of ready stock, plus scheduling, dyeing/finishing, inspection, and packing — so lead time is longer than standard fabrics. This ensures stable FR performance and consistent quality.
Is the lead time guaranteed?
Yes. Place the order promptly and we’ll arrange production in time, with the lead time written into the contract.
Can the lead time be shortened?
Our schedule is quite full at present. If you need earlier delivery, please place the order soon and we’ll do our best to expedite.
Can delivery be partial?
Yes. For large orders, share your production schedule and we’ll plan accordingly. Small orders can also be split, though total completion time stays similar.
What if there is a delay?
Production involves many processes and occasional unexpected events. We control lead time within the agreed range. For peace of mind, the lead time can be written into the contract terms, and we recommend placing the deposit early to secure scheduling.
How are fabrics packed?
Default: plastic bag inside, woven bag outside. Special packaging requires price recalculation. Palletizing is supported.
How many meters per roll?
One roll ≈ 50 meters, with custom lengths available.
Can you palletize?
Yes, we support palletizing.
Can packaging be customized?
Standard plastic + woven bag packing is free. Custom labels, color boxes, or pallets incur a small extra cost, which we’ll clarify in advance.
Can cartons and roll labels be customized?
Roll labels, carton printing, and pallet marks can all be customized to your design. Small orders have no plate charge; large volumes can use dedicated color cartons.
Why is the MOQ high?
The MOQ depends on fabric type. Warp-knitted fabrics are generally 3,000 m per color because production requires a minimum volume. Weft-knitted and woven fabrics are more flexible, with some items possible in smaller quantities.
What is the MOQ per color?
Our MOQ is 400 kg per color, ensuring dyeing consistency and cost efficiency. Very small quantities incur extra batching charges, raising unit cost.
Can I place a trial/small order?
Yes. We understand you may need to test the market first, so small trial orders are usually possible, depending on the fabric type.
Can colors be mixed in one order?
Mixed colors in one order are acceptable, with a minimum of 400 kg per color.
What if I can’t meet the per-color MOQ?
If a single color is below 400 kg, two options: 1) combine with other orders to share the vat cost; 2) pay an extra vat charge to produce separately, with a slightly higher unit price.
Can combining fabrics lower the per-item MOQ?
Fabrics with different weaves or weights cannot be dyed in one vat, so they can’t be combined to reduce MOQ. Items with identical material but different colors can be combined to share vat cost.
Why is your price higher?
The difference mainly comes from FR performance. Our fabrics use inherently FR fibers — the resistance is built into the yarn and won’t wash out. We also prioritize consistent quality, precise color matching, and reliable supply. For safety-related products, compliance and consistency matter more than the lowest price.
Do you offer the lowest price?
We may not be the lowest-priced supplier, but we focus on stable quality, certified FR performance, and reliable service. If budget is a key factor, we can discuss alternative specs or materials, though some performance trade-offs may apply.
Does color affect the price?
Yes. Different colors have different dyeing costs and production requirements, so prices vary. Tell us your preferred color and we’ll confirm the exact price.
What is your main market?
We mainly accept T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L, flexible based on cooperation.
Why a 30% deposit?
Our FR fabrics are mainly made to order with little stock. After confirmation we prepay FR raw materials and arrange weaving, dyeing, and production, so the 30% deposit starts the order, secures materials, and locks the schedule.
Can we have credit terms?
Our standard is prepayment. For long-term partners, we can evaluate credit terms based on cooperation history.
Can payment be post-delivery?
Full post-payment isn’t supported under made-to-order production, but we can gradually discuss more flexible arrangements for stable cooperation.
Do you accept L/C?
T/T is our standard (more efficient for customization). L/C is usually for long-term or large stable-volume orders; with a steady plan, we can evaluate L/C feasibility.
Can you develop samples?
Yes. We offer two types: Yardage Sample (~20 m, fee by fabric/spec, ~30 days) and Hand/Swatch Sample (fee applies, 15–20 days). Yardage suits pre-bulk verification; swatch suits quick material selection.
Why is there a sample fee?
Each sample involves real production and handling costs, and our samples are limited leftover stock or trial pieces. A small fee covers R&D and material investment, and helps us prioritize partners with genuine project needs.
Is the bulk consistent with the sample?
Yes. Bulk production matches your approved sample — handfeel, weight, color, and FR performance. A pre-production sample can be provided for final confirmation. Minor batch variations may occur but stay within tolerance.
Can you send samples?
Of course. We can provide A5-size samples with freight collect.
Can you send meter samples?
We don’t provide meter samples. Our samples are limited leftover bulk or trial stock, so we can’t supply them to every customer. We appreciate your understanding.
Can you send a color card or swatch book?
We don’t have a standardized color card or swatch book. Tell us your requirements and we’ll recommend options; if suitable, we can send an A5 sample.
What are the sample fees?
The development fee is USD 500 per fabric (covering development and sampling), with fabric usage charged by actual meters. If the bulk order exceeds 5,000 m, the fee can be fully deducted from the bulk payment.
Can you provide test samples?
Test samples can be provided for qualified customers, with a sample fee applied. We appreciate your understanding.
