What Is Flame Retardant Curtain Fabric?

Flame retardant curtain fabric is designed to reduce flame spread while meeting the decorative, privacy, and light-control needs of interior spaces.

BEGOODTEX offers 100% FR Polyester curtain fabrics in Blackout, Dimout, Jacquard, Printed, Satin, Velvet, Sheer, and other constructions, including multiple 300 cm wide options for large contract curtains.

FR Curtains for Hotels and Public Interiors

Typical applications include hotel guestrooms, theaters, hospitals, offices, schools, public buildings, and commercial window treatments.

Different projects can select Dimout for softer light control, Blackout for greater room darkening, or Jacquard and Printed fabrics when decorative appearance is also important. BEGOODTEX currently offers both approximately 95% Dimout and full Blackout constructions.

Fire Standards for Curtains & Blinds

Depending on the selected fabric, BEGOODTEX curtain products can support NFPA 701, BS 5867 Type C, CA Title 19, CAN/ULC-S109-14, DIN 4102-B1, EN 13501 B-s1,d0, EN 13773 Class 1, NF P92-503 M1, GOST R 50810-95, and JIS L 1091.

The required standard should be confirmed according to the exact curtain fabric, target market, and project specification.
