Fire Standards for Children’s Pajamas

For the U.S. market, children’s sleepwear is primarily regulated by 16 CFR Part 1615 for sizes 0–6X and 16 CFR Part 1616 for sizes 7–14. The rules cover both fabric and finished-garment testing for sleepwear that falls within their scope.

Selected BEGOODTEX pajama fabrics currently list CFR 1615/1616 compliance. Tight-fitting sleepwear and qualifying infant garments follow different requirements, so the final garment design and size range should also be confirmed.
