New Space, New Look BEGOODTEX Has a New Home!
As our flame-retardant textile business continues to grow, BEGOODTEX offers an ever-wider range of products. Our production scale and customer needs are also changing. Every step needs better space, equipment, and facilities. This includes fabric development, performance testing, manufacturing, storage, and shipping. To support our growth and improve our working conditions, BEGOODTEX decided to move all its operations to a larger site with better facilities.
After planning, construction, and preparations for the move, BEGOODTEX officially moved to its new site in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China, in August 2026. Our departments and production areas moved in stages. Office work, lab testing, manufacturing, storage, and shipping all moved to the new location.
The new site has about 10,000 square meters of office and production space. It includes a four-story office building and a separate production building. The new offices are brighter and more spacious. We have added production equipment and upgraded our three in-house labs. The site also has areas for fabric displays, storage and shipping, customer visits, and staff leisure. These facilities better support our daily work and customer visits.
Our new office building, labs, and production areas are now in use. Everything has a fresh look, from the offices and production facilities to the testing areas and staff spaces. In the photos below, we will take you around the new BEGOODTEX site. You can see what the spaces look like and how each area is used.
Our New Office Building
The office building at our new site is the main place for BEGOODTEX’s daily work and customer visits. It offers more space and light than before. This makes it a more comfortable place for our team to work and for customers to visit. Both first-time visitors and friends we have worked with for years can meet our team here. They can view fabric samples, discuss product needs, and learn more about how our company works.

Ground-Floor Lobby: Welcome to BEGOODTEX
The ground-floor lobby is the first place customers see when they enter the BEGOODTEX office building. It is also an important area for welcoming visitors. The bright, spacious lobby has a brand display wall. It shows our brand, main business, and company values. Visitors can get a clear first look at what we do and what our brand stands for. Their tour of the new site also starts here.

Offices: A Brighter, More Spacious Place to Work
Our sales and operations teams also have a new place to work. The offices have an open layout, tidy workstations, and large windows. Plenty of natural light comes in, making the rooms bright and airy. It is a more comfortable working space for our staff.
This is where we stay in touch with customers around the world each day. Our team answers inquiries, introduces products, and checks fabric specifications. We also send samples, discuss order details, plan production, and track delivery schedules. Much of our daily business takes place here.
Fabric Sample Display Area
The new site has a dedicated area for BEGOODTEX fabric samples. It brings together fabrics of different types, colors, and specifications. Samples are neatly displayed on movable racks. This makes them easy to organize, find, and use. It also helps customers see our product range and the features of each fabric.
For visiting customers, seeing and touching real samples is an important way to learn about our products. Here, they can look closely at the color, texture, weave, and surface of each fabric. They can also feel how thick, soft, or firm it is. This makes it easier to compare fabrics for different uses.
Besides the samples on display racks, the area also has space for fabric rolls. Our staff can find the right products, take samples, and check specifications based on each customer’s project needs. Whether customers are exploring options or choosing fabrics for a specific project, they can examine real samples and speak with our team.
In-House Labs: Testing Materials, Processes, and Flame Resistance
Our in-house labs are one of the main areas upgraded during the move. As our product range and the ways our fabrics are used continue to grow, we need more testing for fabric performance, dyeing and finishing processes, and flame resistance. At the new site, we have reorganized our labs and added or updated testing equipment. This gives us better facilities for product development, process adjustments, and daily quality control.
BEGOODTEX now has three in-house labs. One focuses on physical testing and measurement. Another works on dyeing, additives, and heat-setting trials. The third tests flame-retardant performance. Each lab carries out tests for different needs. Together, they help us test, study, and record fabric properties, processing results, and flame-retardant performance.
01 Physical Testing and Measurement Lab
This lab tests and analyzes the physical properties of fabrics. The main tests cover abrasion resistance, tensile strength, elongation, and resistance to water penetration. Under set test conditions, fabrics go through repeated rubbing, stretching, or water pressure. We observe and record how they perform. This helps us assess their durability, strength, and other functional properties.
The lab has a Martindale abrasion tester, a fabric tensile strength tester, and a hydrostatic pressure tester. Based on the fabric’s use and the customer’s needs, we can follow test methods in standards such as ISO 12947, ISO 13934-1, and ISO 811. The results support product development and routine quality checks. They also help us compare materials and improve processes. For uses such as hotels and theaters, the data helps us select fabrics and check them against each project’s technical requirements.

02 Dyeing, Additives, and Heat-Setting Lab
This lab carries out small-sample trials and early checks for dyeing and finishing processes. The work covers dye and additive ratios, dyeing temperature, processing time, and heat-setting settings. We compare results from different fibers, fabric structures, and process conditions. We look at color, evenness of dyeing, fabric width, and feel. The findings help us choose suitable processes for production.
The lab has an area for preparing dyes and additives, along with sample dyeing equipment. Before full production, our team can test colors, compare formulas, and adjust processing settings. This helps us spot color differences, uneven dyeing, or poor heat-setting results early. By recording and comparing the results, we can improve dye formulas, additive amounts, and processing settings. These trials support new product development and bulk production, with less repeated adjustment during production.

03 Flame-Retardant Testing Equipment Lab
This lab tests and records the flame-retardant performance of fabrics. We observe how fabrics react to flames under set test conditions. The tests cover afterflame time, afterglow time, damage, flame spread, and limiting oxygen index. The lab has enclosed flame test equipment, an automatic oxygen index tester, and vertical flame test equipment. Depending on the fabric and its intended use, we can apply relevant methods from international standards such as ISO 15025 and ISO 6941.
Flame-retardant testing supports new product development, material comparisons, and process changes. It is also an important part of daily production quality control. BEGOODTEX carries out the appropriate flame-retardant tests for every production lot. We record and check the results to see whether each lot meets the relevant requirements. The data can also help customers choose fabrics for hotels, theaters, transport, and other uses. It provides a useful reference for later third-party testing.
Separate Production Building
The new site has a separate production building with areas for weaving, fabric finishing, and related work. Compared with our old site, it offers more production space and additional equipment. This allows us to plan production for different yarn types, fabric structures, and product specifications with greater flexibility.
In the weaving area, our team follows the process requirements for each product. They also check fabric structure, width, and surface quality. After weaving, fabrics move to the next finishing steps as needed. They are processed and rolled using the relevant equipment, then sent for inspection and packing. The new layout also makes it easier to move fabrics and connect the different production steps.
Fabric Storage Area
The new site has a dedicated storage area for fabrics that have completed production and finishing. Fabrics are stored by type, specification, and batch as needed. This makes stock checks, product searches, and goods moving in and out of storage easier for our staff.
The storage area connects closely with production and shipping. Our team can check fabric specifications, quantities, and batches against customer orders. They then prepare and release the right goods for each order. This helps keep fabrics matched to the correct orders before packing, container loading, and transport.

Container Loading and Shipping Area
The new site has a dedicated area for loading and shipping. Container trucks can park next to the production building. There is room for loading and unloading, and a canopy helps protect the work area from rain. Fabrics that have been made, inspected, and packed can be gathered from storage. They are then loaded into containers according to each order’s shipping plan.
As a flame-retardant fabric supplier serving customers around the world, BEGOODTEX handles deliveries for different orders every day. The new layout brings production, storage, and shipping closer together. It also provides better working space for loading large amounts of fabric and preparing goods for international transport.

Company Culture: Part of Everyday Work
The hallways and shared areas of the new office building have display walls about our company culture. They feature BEGOODTEX’s BATS values, along with ideas related to flame-retardant fabrics and life safety. Staff can see these messages in their daily work. Visitors can also learn more about our area of work, our values, and how we do things.
Rooftop Garden: A Place to Relax and Talk
We have created a rooftop garden on top of the new office building. It has many plants, a garden pond, and outdoor seating areas. The open space brings nature into our working environment. With fresh air, flowers, and places to sit, it gives our staff somewhere to relax and take a break from the busy workday.
The rooftop garden is also a special place to welcome customers and business partners. After touring the offices, labs, and production building, visitors can come here for tea and a rest. We can talk about project progress or catch up with friends we have worked with for years. It is a relaxed place for face-to-face conversations.
Staff Leisure Areas: Time Together After Work
In addition to offices and production facilities, the new site has several places for staff to relax. These include a café area, a break room, a karaoke (KTV) room, a billiards room, and a sauna. There are more leisure facilities than at our old site. Staff have more places to rest during the day and enjoy time together after work.
During breaks, colleagues can have a coffee or take a short rest in the café area. After work, they can play billiards, sing, or simply relax together. These areas are also useful for staff gatherings and team activities. They give everyone more chances to spend time together outside daily work.
A New Environment, the Same Commitment
Founded in 2013, BEGOODTEX has now been in business for more than a decade. In 2026, we moved to a new site of about 10,000 square meters. As our company has grown, we have improved our offices, production facilities, and support spaces. The new office building, added production equipment, upgraded labs, fabric displays, storage and shipping areas, and staff leisure spaces all form part of this move. These areas are now in use. In our new surroundings, we will continue to focus on developing, producing, and supplying flame-retardant textiles. We will also keep working carefully on our products and customer service.
Thank you to the customers, business partners, and team members who have supported BEGOODTEX along the way. We look forward to welcoming both new visitors and old friends from around the world.
